DiMarco Landscape & Gardening is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated part-time gardeners/landscapers to assist with a variety of small to medium-sized residential garden projects in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and neighboring areas of Maryland.

We welcome both beginners and experienced gardeners who are passionate about learning and growing in the horticultural and green industry. We seek individuals committed to working with us throughout the entire growing season, from mid-to-late February (depending on weather) through December, with slower periods in January and February.

This is a part-time position, with near full-time hours during peak seasons (spring and fall). The schedule offers some flexibility, but applicants must have their own vehicle to commute to job sites. Workdays range from 4 to 9 hours, and we rarely work on weekends. Compensation increases based on knowledge, skills, and performance.
